Our Services:

  • Visas

Webber Arredondo Oja, LLC advises employers and individuals on strategies to obtain a variety of temporary work visas, including H-1B, TN, L-1/blanket L, O-1, and R-1 visas. The firm advises qualifying employers on “E” investor visas as well as Australian professionals seeking E-3 visas. The firm advises hospitals, health systems, and individual physicians on J-1 waivers through state “Conrad” programs, as well as alternative waiver programs like the ones run by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), for both clinical and research-oriented physicians.

  • Green Cards

Webber Arredondo Oja, LLC advises employers on EB (Employment-Based) immigration, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-4 (religious worker) processing, for both PERM labor certification and PERM-exempt situations. The firm advises individuals who may be eligible for self-sponsorship through EB-1(A) or EB-2 NIW. The firm also handles family-based (FB) immigration, including green card processing through marriage or through other family relationships (like sponsoring parents). We use best-in-class project management to process cases efficiently and successfully.

  • Citizenship

Webber Arredondo Oja, LLC advises individuals, couples, and families on naturalization (U.S. citizenship) processing as well as N-600 processing for children. We work with individuals with complex travel histories, including working with green card holders who are considering temporary assignments abroad, sometimes filing I-131 re-entry permits and maintaining eligibility for U.S. citizenship using N-470 applications. We have advised several individuals on naturalization pursuant to special “fast track” provisions of U.S. immigration law at Immigration & Nationality Act Section 319(b).

"Immigration law is a mystery and a mastery of obfuscation, and the lawyers who can figure it out are worth their weight in gold."

– Former Immigration Service Spokeswoman, Karen Kraushaar, quoted in the Washington Post on April 24, 2001.

“It is distressing how many good people—including the highly educated and the minimally educated —fall prey to disreputable lawyers known to the immigration system"

– Excerpt of Footnote 1, Concurrence of 9th Circuit Judge Pregerson, in Kazarian v. USCIS - March 2010
