Experienced. Practical. Responsive.

Robert (“Bob”) Webber has been practicing U.S. immigration full-time since 1999.  He has extensive experience advising on temporary work visas and green card strategies for a wide range of both large and small employers, as well as strategies for self-petitioning immigrants.  He recognizes that in the current political and policy environment, clients want an immigration attorney with both subject matter expertise and process/project management excellence.  He strives to meet client needs in a value-oriented, cost-competitive way.

Prior to starting Webber Law Firm 2.0 in September 2021 (now Webber Arredondo Oja, LLC), Bob was an equity partner at Dorsey & Whitney, a large Minneapolis-based general practice/corporate law firm.  Bob has been recognized in Chambers USA (Band 1) for immigration, Best Lawyers of America, and SuperLawyers.  He has previously received “Attorney of the Year” designation from Minnesota Lawyer, a legal industry publication.

In January 2024, Bob welcomed his longtime colleagues Candelario Arredondo and Thomas Oja into co-ownership of the firm.  They work with a team of high quality professionals, seeking the best results for their clients in a very imperfect system.
